MEDICINE INSTRUCTIONS
Our clinic strictly follows homeopathic principles to ensure that our prescriptions are safe and free from adverse effects. After your consultation, if you visit our clinic, your prescribed medicines will be dispensed to you directly from our pharmacy. If you opt for online or consultations at any of our other branches, the prescribed medicines will be carefully packaged and sent to you via courier to ensure that you receive them on time.
Usually, medicines will be dispensed in two forms
Dry doses - powders/globules/tablets
Liquid doses - aqua dilutions
Dry doses - Globules / Powders / Tablets
Globules or powders will be dispensed in glass containers or in butter sheet packets.
Keep your hands clean. Rinse your mouth with plain drinking water before taking the medicine.
Avoid consuming any food or drink, except water, 15 minutes before and after taking the medication.
Be cautious while opening the medicine pack to avoid spilling or touching the pills with your bare hands.
Put the medicine under your tongue and let them dissolve slowly as they mix with your saliva.
Medicines are absorbed through your taste buds. Make sure to taste it thoroughly.
Remember to protect your medication from direct sunlight.
Remember to consult a doctor for any dietary advice or management.
Why all homoeopathic pills are white?
White colour of homoeopathic medicine pills are due to the use of sugar of milk (Lactose) as the major ingredient which is derived from the milk of goat.
Liquid doses - Water / Aqua dilutions
- Liquid doses, also known as water doses, will be dispensed in glass bottles (referred to as stock bottles) with droppers/caps in quantities of 10 ml, 15 ml, 30 ml, or 100 ml, as applicable.
- You may need to take them daily, every other day, weekly, or monthly as advised by the doctor.
- Keep your hands clean and rinse your mouth with plain drinking water before taking the medicine.
- Avoid consuming any food or drink, except water, 15 minutes before and after taking the medicine.
- Take a 250ml glass (dosage cup) and fill it halfway with clean drinking water.
- Please ensure that you hold the stock bottle straight as demonstrated in the diagram.
- Stroke the stock bottle against your palm or a hard-covered book 10 times, taking care not to break the bottle.
- Take one capful or tablespoon (as advised) of the solution from the stock bottle and add it to a dosage cup of plain drinking water, then stir well.
- Drink the medicine solution from the dosage cup as instructed on the label of the stock bottle or as advised by the doctor; discard the remaining mixture in the cup.
- Never drink directly from the stock bottle.
- Remember to avoid exposing the medication to direct sunlight. Store it in a shaded area.

In Case of
Acute Clinical Conditions
- If you experience any acute symptoms such as fever, diarrhoea, skin eruptions, or a relapse of any old symptoms from a past illness, it may be a sign of improvement.
- Avoid taking any acute medications or using external applications from any system of medicine, including homeopathy. Kindly inform our doctor and follow his/her advice.
- If you experience completely new symptoms, stop taking the medication, keep us informed, and await further instructions.
- In case of any other acute emergency, if you are unable to reach us, please consult nearby doctors for first aid and then contact us.

Medicine Stock Bottle
- Always keep checking the medicine stock bottle for any contamination.
- Keep the bottle closed tightly.
- The medicine solution in stock bottle should be always clear.
- If you find any clogging in the solution then please stop taking the medicine.
